I could use your help on replacing the front fan. In this picture it shows the front grill coming off easily - the sleds still on which leads me to believe I don't have to tear the whole thing apart again. I don't want to break it but it doesn't eapar the front grill just pops off.

My bad it does indeed come right off- I was trying to pull it down like and idiot. Now I need to track down a 200mm silent fan!

why not just use 1 or 2 silent 140mm fans ? I believe those are supported on the front of the cosmos II in stead of the 200mm fan

I know you can put one at the bottom where there is none and one above but I've already got plenty of airflow the bottom - I'm not sure a 140 unless running at a higher speed up top would give enough air flow. I haven't seen anyone put two 120's or 140's in the middle. I'm using every bay so I can't put them in the 5.25" bay area or the middle or bottom 3.5" bays and don't really need any additional in the bottom. if anyone sees links where someone has replaced the 200mm center with 2 smaller fans please feel free to post.
