Yes! Gamer's Nexus did a review comparing S2 to R6 and the actual cases are identical.
The S2 has a different (not better) front panel and no drive cage but mounts for a water pump. That's about the extent of the differences.

Yeah, actually I would be more interested in R6 vs BeQuiet 601/801 comparison.
