Impact of TG on Define Mini C

Hi, I'm building a small entry level machine learning rig and I'd like to minimize the noise. I was initially looking into the meshify for airflow but realized that it has no noise dampening materials. Then I became interested in the Define Mini C that is my current favourite. Has anyone compared the glass sides to the full enclosed version? I would expect it to be a bit more noisy but I have not found opinions or quantified evidence. I personally don't care about the glass side but it would be easier for me to resell - it's the new trend! - if I do have to move up to ATX size in the future (depends how things go with ML). The non glass ones are actually harder to find nowadays, at least in Canada.

Welcome to SPCR.

A few years back, a glass sided R5 and a solid door R5 configured by Puget Systems was tested in an anechoic chamber with an awesome noise floor by a third party tester. The results were similar with only 0.6dB difference at high load.

Mini C is of a similar build quality, so it should be fine.
