At least two PCI expansion slots. I'd be grateful for as many recommendations as possible. Price is a very important factor.

Corsair Carbide Air 540 is one of the most recommended ATX case.
It employs a dual chamber design.
The result is a system that runs cool due to the direct airflow hitting the main chamber components. It suits anyone looking to overclock their system and push them to the limits.
Some of the pros of this case are:
Runs quiet.
A steel-made cube design that is spacious.
Outstanding cooling capabilities.
Tool-free PCI-E and storage drive installation.
Easy cable management with routing channels.
Also, it has 8 PCI expansion slot and cost you around $140 dollar. :)

Sliger Cerberus is the smallest matx case I know while still being flexible in component choice. It doesn’t run cheap, however (~$245 USD for US delivery before accessories). They now have a European distributorso shipping costs aren’t as crazy as before. It’s a boutique product to be sure.

As days go by, i see less and less offerings on micro atx, i blame it doesn't have enough of a change over ATX to make it attractive now a days having ITX, but if you are set on micro atx and if you are into glass, the SilverStone Technology SST-LD01B is a really nice option.
