I can get to EOC without a problem, but I've got 9 finished WU's on various machines that won't upload to Stanford -- all are server 148 or 152, but according to the server status page, those servers aren't overloaded...

I don't know about .148, but .152 has been rellative heavy loaded since at least last night. Remember that the server stats page only gets updated every 10 minutes. If you're in some net traffic spike in between you can't connect, but the stats page will still show it as OK.
