How do I know if my power brick is okay to use in the US?

So I got a power brick from ebay and it turns out the power cord isn't the regular 3 prongs; instead, the 3 prongs are all lined up (think pitchfork or trident). This is fine as I have plenty of power cords that I could use instead, but it made me wonder if the brick was made to use another country's standards. So I just want to know how I can tell if this adapter is okay to use in the US. It's a Dell DA-1 Series 3R160.

Input: 100-240~1.8A 50-60Hz
Output: 12V 12.5A

I'm pretty sure it should be alright but if someone could just confirm for me that'd be great. Thanks in advance.

it looks fine to me, since it can auto switch input voltage 100V-240V. If the output voltage is right and the maximum current is more than how much your laptop would draw then it's good.
