slim case quiet HTPC with HDMI out

Has anyone built a quiet HTPC capable of playing back HDTV @ 1080i using a slim case (i.e. no more than 4" in height?) while consuming less than 120W of power? At this time I'm not considering Blu-Ray or HD-DVD playback.
I have been doing some research and it appears this is increasingly a possiblity with the introduction of the AMD 690g chipset and nVidia 7050 chipset. Both make playing back HDTV without a separate graphics card a reality. Coupled with the EE 35W AMD CPU and the upcoming 45W BE-2350 I think I'll have a pretty good shot at coming in under the 120W limit. Or maybe I can get a 65W AMD and undervolt it (have to find the right mATX board that supports undervolting).
What do you all think?
