Vantec Iceberg 4?

Has anyone tried this VGA cooler? I haven't seen any mention of it in this forum. I'm still waiting for AC Silencer Rev.3 to become available in my area, but ran across this at Fry's the other day. I have no idea of how quiet it is compared to the very loud stock fan on my 9600PRO.
Anybody know?

Same question over here, it's nearly impossible to find a cheap VGA Silencer in Belgium (20€ + 18€ for delivery
).
