Finally i've made an upgrade to my geforce ti4200 with this board, Hercules 9800Pro. In case you don't know how it looks, here is a link with pictures: http://www.vr-zone.com/reviews/Hercules ... /page2.htm
The problem is, in Windows, idle, if i touch with my finger, the copper heatsink, on the back of the GPU (see pictures), I CAN'T KEEP MY FINGER THERE FOR MORE THAN 7-10 SECONDS, as it burns my skin (!!!). If i play a game, i CAN'T touch it more than 2 secs, without burning my skin. REALLY! Same thing for the front cooler.
The video card isn't overclocked, it's at default speed.
Is this normal?? I know that 9800 boards run hot, but NOT this hot!
Very, VERY hot Hercules 9800 Pro!

I think it's normal. I have the 9700 pro Hercules and the back heatsink is pretty warm with the computer idling. Mine is clocked at 325/310. Your's is clocked at 380/340 so it'll be hotter.
Update:
I just ran a test on mine by setting the clocks to 380/340. Yep, the back heatsink got really warm quickly. I could probably keep my finger there longer than 10 seconds, but wouldn't be happy doing it.
