What to do with an extra ThermalRight NB-1C?

They make noise, too.

Why, mount it on a GeForce 2 of course!

The mounting equipment that came with the ThermalRight NB-1C didn't match up with the holes on the heatsink. So I had to improvise.

Tada, perfect backup card.

Nice! Probably runs cooler than my fanless 8500LE that I just recently modified. Do you have a fan on there at all?

I saw your 8500 and I used to have that exact same heatsink on mine. Then I stumbled across this NB-1C courtesy of Sizzle and found a great use for it. It was either this or the southbridge.

As of fans, there are none whatsoever! I'll be truly insane if I want to spoil my hard work by slapping on a 45x45x10mm fan on there!
