Thermaltake Schooner question

Very quick one...I've been eyeing this cooler for a while now and it appears to only physically take up one slot. Has anyone used this cooler while having something in the slot immediately below? I'm fairly sure it will fit, but i'm not sure what temps would be like without room for the bottom heatsink to radiate heat.
