Possible Issues Or Will This Be Okay

Not sure if this is the right forum but this is about video cards...

Trying to work on making a good decent PC that is going to be quiet (for the most part)

Trying to decide if I want to go active or passive regarding a video card (for the sound part) but not sure how well I will do. My question is if I go with the passive GPU will this case be good enough to keep it cool:

Thermaltake Armor Jr. VC3000BWS

or

Thermaltake Aguila VD1000BWS

Will the fan power be good enough for this, or do I need to go active with the fans.

Just a few other notes, I don't want to do any case mods, don't plan on OC, and am not a hardcore gamer.

Why don't you get a motherboard with integrated graphics if you don't plan on gaming?
