HD3650 (Actively Cooled) - Anybody "heard" it?

Was thinking of going passive HD3650 in the Dell I am working on... but the limited ventilation on the system has me worried.
Looking at the Sapphire HD3650 (512MB DDR3) at NewEgg *CLICK HERE* or PowerColor HD3650 (512MB DDR3) at NewEgg *CLICK HERE*
While some of the reviews say it is quiet. But we all know NewEgg quiet and SPCR quiet are two different beats.
Just wondering if any SPCRr's have had first hand experience with this card?
