HIS 3450 issues

I received my HIS 3450 video card, and its beena nightmare, on Intel chipset Asus P5B, the card causes the system to deep twice, I have to turn on and off the system in order for it too boot. Getting on me nerves, previous nvidia card worked perfectly on the same board. Does it have to do something with the new crossfire technology they use.

That hybrid CF shouldn't affect. You might just have bad sample. My HD 3450 hasn't given any issues.
