Which thermal [goop] to use?

Hi,
today I'm going to install my new Radeon 4850 w/ Accelero S1. When it comes to the choice of TIM, I've got three options:
1) using the preapplied stuff by Arctic Cooling
2) AS5
3) generic white goof, leftover from the last computer upgrade
What would you do?

the pre-applied stuff is mx2, good stuff- use it

As porkchop said, the standard Arctic Cooling paste is actually very effective. If you ever have to take off the heatsink and reattach it, however, I'd use AS5.

Either the pre-applied stuff of AS5. AS5 will give you lower temps once it sets, but probably not a lot lower (maybe 1-4C lower). Either one is leaps and bounds better than the crappy white goo.

Well, on the CPU it was obvious to use AS5 instead of the white stuff. On the GPU, I first used the preapplied stuff, but it was late in the evening and somehow I got some dust into the thermal compound - so I wiped everything off and also used AS5 there.
The results with the S1 and the S-Flex 500 are amazing: The GPU always stays below 50°C, even when playing Crysis.
