5770 + EA380

^can i run this combo with a E8400 @ 3.6GHz, 1 HDD, 1 ODD

also is it worth going from a 9600GT Black Pearl to a 5770?

I think you should be right running all of those on the Earthwatts 380. 5770 shouldn't consume more than 120 watts, and even your overclocked graphics card would be consuming less than that.

5770 is just short of a GTX260. GTX260 is significantly better than the 9600GT.
