Am i right in saying the fastest card on the market right now that comes fanless is the 5750?

Anything faster im missing?

There's also a 4850 from Gigabyte, older, less efficient, not DX11 but maybe a bit faster.

However, I would go for the passive 5750 by Club3D, which uses an Accelero S1

i was under the impression that card was no available in the US?

The passive cooler used on the Powercolor and Club3D 5750 is NOT Accelero S1.
The cooler is smaller than the S1, and has 3 heatpipes going to the right, and only one to the left of the base.
And the GPU socket position on these 5750 cards would make the mounting of the S1 impossible without major maiming.
