Don't know why but tachometer, when plugged into GPU PWM header, get crazy with readings when PWM is set below 15%, but fans works and slow down (around 400 RPM tested when plugged into CPU fan header). Fans cost me 15e postage included and work pretty well, maybe isn't a significant drop in temperatures but in noise level, it's a huge difference(1650 RPM vs ~1000 RPM).However is still a bit too loud for me :D Next im gonna try with static pressure fans like Cooler Master Silencio FP120 as Artic F12 are case fans, hope temps will be little better and noise as well.
