Hi what monitor would be good to get for $200 or less, that isn't "buzzy"? Used is fine.

I like my Dell U2412M so much I bought a spare. Refurbished, it was less than $200.

Size: Somewhere between 19"-21" but I'm not too picky. Just nothing too big or too small....
Resolution: I guess anything with a horizontal resolution around 2000 would be OK. I grew up when 768x1024 was "hi-res" so...
IPS / TN / VA ? Either IPS or VA.
VESA Compatible? Don't care
Hz? 60 or above
Really just care about EM excited noise and vibration (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electroma ... _vibration) and eye fatigue. Read that LED backlight is a lot better than fluorescent for that, and having an external power supply is better. Thanks.

19" may be too small for 1920x1080.
I would take 21-24".

iirc it's not PWM flickering-free though (or did they fix that in newer revisions?), so may cause fatigue for some people... Though it's not really proven that it causes fatigue or other negative effects, I think other factors are usually much more important, such as brightness (most monitors are too bright by default "to look better", but you adapt to any brightness after some time) and the lighting in your environment. In some cases Bias Lighting may help.
