New Nexus Mini ITX Psile

Post by doudou » Fri May 12, 2006 11:54 am

Hi !
I've just seen that on matbe.com and it looks awesome : 4 mm aluminium panels, customisable painting, mini itx, 3.5" HDD, supplied DVD burner, 150W external fanless brick PSU (not like the one reviewed recently), custom full copper socket 479 heatsink, damptek foam etc... Everything a silent pc enthusiast would like to get !
Thanks Nexus.
Only the price is bit heavy : 300 € for the box (with DVD burner). And mini itx Core Duo mobo are not cheap. But what a style !
A pity it doesn't run MacOS !
More info on Psile.com...

Wow. The cube design is meh~, but they sure have a great website. Nice name, too. And that inner bit a hard drive heatsink is pretty cool :D; we can forget suspension though :?.

If I understand it correctly, the air intake is on the bottom front?

Doudou, you can run MacOS on x86 hardware... Unofficially...

qviri, nope air intake is on bottom back. nothing on the front. hopefully vibration wolud not be an issue with 4 mm thick aluminium panels !
