CSP-750 pump failure.
The CSP750 pump I had running for the last 2 months or so failed. Apparently the shaft seal leaked, the coolant seeped into the motor cavity (and then out the wiring hole) and finally the motor failed. I have a spare CSP750 that I've put in the machine (which makes a lot more noise than the other CSP750, sounds like something is already wrong with it) and we'll see how long that one lasts but I have already ordered a couple DDCs.
This is unfortunate since the CSP750 is a great size, very quiet, more than enough flow for any kind of quiet watercooling setup, and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, you're not the first. Both, HammerSandwich and his friend have suffered similar failure. We all ordered DDCs to replace our CSP-750s. I haven't installed mine yet, however.

No, not yet; still waiting on my new radiator; gonna' do it all at once. Recombine both loops into one and swap out the rear BIP for a BIX, downvolt some, downclock some, undervolt the fans some, replace the two CSP-750s with the DDC, remove one reservoir and change up a bunch of tubing back to 3/8".
I might even consider changing the fans in my PSU.

I got the DDC a few days ago. I didnt have a CPS but I can tell you its really quite and looks well built. I have a Seasonic Super silencer 400w and a DDC running and the thing is barely audible. The only way I can hear it is if theres nothing else on and i listen from behind and even then, the super silencer is louder. THe DDC is well worth it assuming no failure.
