Hard drive choice

Samsung spinpoint 250GB SATA for $185 aussie.

As things stand i have WD 250 hard drives, 2 IDE with sata convertors running raid. It's noisier than thermaltake coolers, to say the least.

Rather than waste time and money trying to silence them, i'm selling them and looking for a single 250GB SATA/II drive to replace them with.

I've read about nidec motors, is there any way to tell if this drive has one or not?

Suggestions as to quietest 250GB+ sata drives anyone? (cheaper the better, hehe)
