xp90 or xp120 or Ninja 1000?

Building pc for HDTV OTA- no gaming
Plan to buy:
Antec 3000b
Asrock 939 dual
Venice 3200+
Sappphire radeonx550
Chaintech AV 710 sound card

already have:
Seasonic Super Tor 300
Kingston ddr 400 (PC3200) 512 x 2
ATI HDTV wonder ($75 w/ rebate)
Samsung 40 gig notebook HDD

So which HS for processor? xp90 or xp120 or Ninja 1000? I know w/ XP120 I won't be able to use 1st Mem row.
I'll also take any input on fans and other items.
I also notice 3200+ is now $166 at Newegg - it was 150 last week??

The Ninja is the preferred H/S on SPCR as you can run it passive, and still seems the best cooler available for sale at this time.

Not sure how you CPU compares heat wise to my 2.26Ghz P4 but i run my XP120 fanless with no probs. Its ducted to a rear 120mm nexus at 5V and i get temps of about 37/38 idle

have you thought about the si-120

xp-120 but better check out reviews on it

i got mine from, bestbyte computers i believe at 40 plus i htink 5 shipping

pretty good deal, you should include that in your thoughts

also no fan included, so you can add ur own japanaflo or yate loon to continue your quiet rig
