SpeedFan doesn't view the temps of my 7800GT, but if someone knows any way to make it do so, I'm all ears.

Whether or not your video card reports the temps is a function of the video adapter bios, not Speedfan (and most other reporting software). There have been some posts in other SPCR threads previously that explains where you can get a bios update that reports temps, although I don't know if the 7800GT is supported yet. If you find and install such a bios, you are on your own if the card no longer works. If the bios update works, you can view the temps with the Nvidia video control software, in addition to seeing it in Speedfan.

Unfortunately everest home edition (freeware edition) will no longer be supported.
