well here is my new chipset cooler (zalman nb47j)...im a little worried so i took a reading. what do ya think? oh...room temp was 25c

I can't tell what you're running, but if the system is still rock solid stable with the northbridge at 62C/143F, it shouldn't be much of a concern, unless it's considered overheating. Getting even a little airflow across that NB47J will lower the northbridge's temp substantially.

that seems way hot to me.
It looks like the air from the back of the vid card may be hurting you too.

there is a fan 3" above it. well, i know i should add a few degrees since its not reading the chip directly. care to guess how much?

could one predict temperatures on hot days - just add the numbers? its an nForce 4 ultra chip so ill think ill see if nVidia has any recommendations.
