whats the diff between the diff. atx versions

The importent differences:

atx v 1.3 is 20pin ATX connectors, optional SATA, and smallish 12V rails (fine for old systems, not so good for newer ones)

atx v2.01 is 24pin atx, sata, pcie power, and big 12V rails (suited perfectly for newer systems)

atx v2.2 is 24pin atx, sata, pcie power, and even bigger 12V rails (best)
