A new power supply

Post by walla walla » Mon May 01, 2006 10:38 am

I have a 50 dollar store credit to www.heatsinkfactory.com but I don't need any heatsinks, so I think I am going to replace my Antec true power 2.0. I can't decide between the Seasonic s12 430 and the 500 watt.

Is 430 watts enough for this? or should i go for the 500

I would go for the Seasonic S12 500 especially if you will have a SLI setup.

Do you really need to replace your PSU though? Can you just hold on to that $50 store credit for a rainy day, or is it a use it or lose it situation?

I'm not sure if its a use it or lose it situation. Maybe I'll email them an ask them.
