I have an unlimited budget, any ideas on a complete setup would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you have an unlimited budget, why not go with the Zalman TNN-500AF? Load it up with a nice AMD X2 or wait for Conroe, and run a 7900GT or perhaps a GTX or SLI if possible.

Complete it with a well-silenced raptor and the use of external network storage, you will have silence and performance to a huge price.

You might want something similar to the Maya workstation I build for a client:

Change the HDs to 2 150Gb Raptors and add another 7900GTX!

As a rule, I don't help people who say they have unlimited budgets. Sorry.
