Heat sink compatibility with MSI NEO4 platinum

Does anyone know if the Thermalright Ultra-120 or SI-128 is compatible with the MSI NEO4 platinum? The Thermalright site does not list any incompatibilities.

I already tried the Scythe Ninja, but the board had some capaciters that got in the way.

That's weird, I was able to move those capacitors just enough.. My Ninja is happily idling at 33C on my K8N Neo4 Platinum right now. A mount + remove cycle with cheap thermal paste confirmed good contact.

U120 on a K8N SLI Platinum, here. Fits perfectly, and cools down the VRM heatsink, too
