E43000 overclocks poorly, typically limited only to 3.2GHz.

Poor overclock compared to which chip? A 50% overclock strikes me as a good value.

Looks like a nice set of components except for the video card. You're probably going to need an after-market cooler because I'd imagine the stock one is noisy under load.

You might also consider investing in quiet case fans depending on the ambient noise in your room. The Tri-Cool is okay on low, but there are better fans (read the roundup).

Edit: One more thing: if you're looking to upgrade your CPU in 18 months, get a board with a P35 chipset.

Based on comments revamped:

Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3P
Video Card MSI NX7900GS-T2D512E-OC GeForce 7900GS
RAM G.SKILL Hz 2GB (1GB x 2) PC 6400

Going to wait on Tricool case fans to see how much the noise (or lack thereof) bothers me.

Any other comments appreciated.

Looks like a nice, silent, card, but doesn't seem to be sold in the US and no factory OC.

Sorry, I din't check availability :(
It is readily available here in Estonia, usually things stand opposite.

I found such cooler on newegg: Thermalright HR-03 Rev A VGA Cooler - if I wanted to make my fast videocard (which I don't have BTW- for me fanless X1650Pro is more than needed :)) silent, then I'd seriously consider something alike. I don't know, does it fit into Antec P150 though.
