p182 E4500 - Opinions and fan advice

P182
Gigabyte GA-G33M-S2H
Seasonic S12-380
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2GHz
Scythe Ninja PLUS
Corsair XMS2-5400 TWIN2X2048-5400C

Notice that the motherboard is mATX, it was the only motherboard with G33 and DVI that I could find but it fits in P182 so there shouldn't be any problem... I think. I'm not sure how many fans I'll be needing, I want to go with the Nexus 120mm ones but do you think I should replace the fan on Ninja with a Nexus? I'm probably going to remove the fans that come with P182, how many fans will I need to buy? 1 for Ninja and 2 for the chassi? Or is 1 for the chassi enough? Where would you place the fans?

I'm also a bit confused by this whole undervolting of fans. Can it be done in bios or do I need to buy something extra for that? I will not use Windows so speedfan is not an option.

you probably only need one nexus for the rear back exhaust (skip the top rear), and one on the ninja

i would replace the stock scythe fan w/ a nexus
