New system advice

I've had a P4 2.6 running at 3.5 for 4 or 5 years with a little river white water block and a car heat exchanger. My pump has developed a leak, and I have some cash, so I'm using it as an excuse to put together a new system. My main uses are web browsing, document editing, music playing, spreadsheets, and a few games like bioshock thrown in occasionally. I want a quiet system, so the case, hard drive, and the thermaltake ultra 120 extreme (that newegg doesn't seem to carry) are all chosen based on the guides here. Other than that, the other choices are based on the buying guide from ocforums and the most reviewed items on newegg. I will also be throwing in an SATA burner, but those look like a crap shoot.
The things I'm not sure about:
-the video card - again, I'm not going to be pushing this thing too hard, but I want something that will serve me well at a good price. I picked this one based on the boatload of newegg reviews
-the processor - I don't think I will use a quad core, so I kept with the dual. Why does the 2.4 sell better than the 2.66 when the 2.66 is cheaper? I do plan on ocing it
-power supply - again based on silentpcreview, but i know seasonic does a lot of work for other companies that may be cheaper.
Thanks for any guidance
