I'm looking for a ultramobile Core2Duo (<20W) laptop + internal DVDRW. Seems very hard to find. Any ideas.

You're in luck. Toshiba makes lots of laptops with ULV processors. They start at 1000 GBP though.

Those are the laptops with ULV processors. Some don't have internal DVD drives.

1000 GBP? I was thinking more under 300 GBP. Don't care how slow it is (1.0Ghz) or how little RAM (256Mb) or how small HDD is (40Gb).

There's also the Thinkpad X300, but it's not exactly cheap either.

What is your definition of "ultramobile" and do you know of
any laptops under 300 GBP that fulfill it?

By ultramobile I mean one with the low power (under 20W) Core2Duo CPUs.
I also want it to have a internal DVD-RW for under 300 GBP.
I'm prepared to sacrifice CPU speed, RAM, HDD.
I've yet to find an "ultramobile" i.e. low power Core2Duo that also has an internal optical drive.

I'm thinking of going with an Acer Aspire 5720 even though they're not as low power Core 2 Duos.
