Is this the best I can get for 400 Euros?

It's ACER Aspire ES1-533-P561:

RAM - 8GB
CPU - Intel Pentium N4200
Screen 15.6", 1920*1080 resolution
SSD - 256GB
Wireless 802.11ac

It would be used for Internet, Office, Excel, but I don't want it to lag in any of the tasks...

The CPU is a 4 core/4 thread Apollo Lake Atom based processor rather than a Sky Lake or Kaby Lake. (Damn Intel and their blending of brands...)

Notebookcheck reviewed the HDD version. At 400 euros, there are always tradeoffs (typically an inferior display). It should be fairly quiet for most tasks...although it's strange to have a fan in a 6W TDP CPU laptop. No Type C connector. You might wander around their site for alternatives.

Yes, it was stated that with SSD the performance would be much better, and this model has it by default.

I won't get anything that doesn't have an SSD.

That particular CPU is quite new, it was released by the end of last year.

But I'm not sure, what if I wanted to do some Adobe animations, would I get crippled with this laptop..
