For some reason I can't get CnC to work, the cpu speed stays at 2ghz.
I have installed version 1.2.2.2 cnc drivers from Asus' homepage and set Power scheme to Minimal Power Management. Both CnC and ACPI APIC support are enabled in bios, but I don't know if the Hyper Transport freq should be left at auto?
Any help would be highly appreciated

Do you have SpeedFan or another motherboard monitoring program set up? I have a P5N32SLI Dlx and ran into problems when I had Speedfan installed and C &C running. Had to totally uninstall Speedfan, reboot, disable C &C, reboot, enable C&C for it to work. Apparently with the latest releases of BIOS there is actually a software conflict even though one is BIOS and one is OS. Don't quite understand how the two interact or how one controls/monitors fans, etc. and the other deals with voltage but it but it was recommended on the ASUS website and it actually worked.
Despite what I've read everywhere, I had to change my power scheme to either "Max Battery" or "Portable/Laptop" in order for CnQ to work. "Minimal Power Management" just didn't do it. As soon as I hit the "Apply" button after changing to Max Battery power scheme, My Athlon 64 3000+ dropped from 1.4V to 1.1V. Changing to "Portable/Laptop" kept it at 1.1V, but changing back to "Minimal Power Management" sent it immediately back to 1.4V
I was pulling my hair out for 2 days trying to figure this out, so I know your pain!
