It's widely used to clean vinyl records too, which are way more fragile. None of mine have dried up yet.
pcie 2.0 will negate the use of pci-e connectors. 150 watts to the slot. cards will still have connectors on them but they will not be needed. a regular clocked 8800GTS does not consume more than 150 watts. I think I'll be skipping P35 and waiting for X38 depending on the improvements and and power consumption.
