need motherboard for HTPC build

I am looking for a motherboard that can play 1080p with integrated graphics and a be-2300 or a e2180. The motherboard should have s/pdif out, vga/component, and hdmi (with sound)

can someone help me find a motherboard that can do that? I was looking at the gigabyte with 780g chipset but I cant really find any reviews or many pictures of it

Asus P5E-VM HDMI if you want mATX, P5E-V HDMI for ATX.

I have the VM, and it does full HD off the onboard graphics no sweat.
