negative temp readings from RMClock and athlon 5000+ black?

Anyone else had this problem? And how did you resolve it?

The only accurate Brisbane temps I've been able to read are from Everest with it's generic "CPU" sensor, but CPU 1 and CPU 2 are both clearly wonky (-1, 20, etc.. when the CPU is reading 30)

Same here. I built two Brisbane (5400+, 6000+) computers this past holiday, and core 1 and core 2 read in the single digit *C (5-9C), but the "CPU" sensor looks like its working good (30+C). Used HWmonitor.
