Hmm strange review...... in one bit they complain you can't undervolt my very much then praise it for being impressive!

Thanks for the link. Very weird power consumption figures for the undervolted X2 240. Changing voltage from 1.45v to 1.15v will result in a power decrease much larger than the 1-2W seen in the charts.
