Electrical whine with new Sandy Bridge build

I just put together a new build. Here are the specs:
Intel i5-2500k
Asus P8P67 Pro Motherboard
2 x 4GB Gskill RipJaw DDR3 RAM
MSi GTX 570
Seasonic X Series 560 Watt PSU
Crucial 64GB SSD
Hitachi 1 TB HDD
Rosewill Blackhawk Mid Tower
Everything seems okay, except for an annoying electrical whine that is always present. I can sit at the desktop with no additional programs booted, and the whine is still there. It fluctuates like Morse code. I can hear it while sitting 4 feet away from the tower. I am having trouble discerning what could cause this type of whine. But with both sides of the case removed, and placing my ear near the components, it definitely sounds like it is originating from around the CPU region. Is it possible for the CPU to cause this whine or is it more likely a component on the motherboard?
I should also mention that I also hear a constant whine from the Seasonic PSU. When I put Windows into sleep mode, the whine from the PSU starts to rapidly fluctuate in pitch.
