See for example http://www.silentpcreview.com/section18.html and most if not all of blog posts - a simple valign="top" in the html code does the trick.

Must be just a problem in IE, works in Firefox.

I'm using Opera actually.

The valign for the cell is never specified, and by W3C specs the default value is "middle": http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/tab ... def-valign

Content is centered both in Opera 9.20 and IE 6. Ugly :(
Unfortunately ;) cannot test with Firefox.
