I just renamed my thread "Advice for loudless desktop system" to "Advice for noiseless high end desktop system" and the entire thread disappeared. I can find it via search function but if I click on it, it doesn't exist anymore (viewtopic.php?f=23&t=66340&hilit=noiseless). It is also no longer present in my user control panel in my posts section.
How to fix this problem?

Your first few posts are moderated. So, here's the timeline:
- you posted.
- it enters the moderator queue.
- a moderator approves the post and it becomes visible for public consumption.
- you edited the post. It becomes invisible again.
- it re-enters the moderator queue.
- a moderator approves the post and it becomes visible again.
