I've sort of been missing a sticky for european stores that ship to everywhere in Europe and even possibly to the USA. There are stores mentioned on the forums, but this information is too often spread out. So, to get this list started, I have listed few stores below. I only wanted to list stores where I have personally ordered from and have generally positive feedback.


http://www.geizhals.at/eu European pricewatch (german language). Includes stores in Austria, Germany and the Netherlands. Everything ranging from CPUs, cases, fan, watercooling etc. Also has ratings for the shop according to user feedback.

http://www.dorothybradbury.co.uk Panaflos, NMBs and Papsts, all sizes and speeds. Panaflos are the newer NMB-MAT, handpicked and fresh from the factory. This link is also in the UK sticky, but very well worth a mention here. Cheap prices, cheap shipping and excellent customer service.

http://www.mindfactory.de Big shop, low prices. The shipping costs outside Germany are 29,90€. User / order info can be viewed from the website. Very good shop, fast customer service (e-mail).

http://www.hardware-rogge.com Papsts, T-Balancer, Fortrons etc. Very fast email replies, unfortunately the order cannot be tracked through the website. Information about shipping dates and tracking have to be emailed and asked separately. They do not send you automatically mail about these things. Shippings costs to Finland were 22€. Despite the shortcomings, a nice shop for silent enthusiasts.

http://www.frozen-silicon.de Shippings costs 9,5€ to europe. Mostly overclocking / watercooling stuff, but has some nice offers on heatsinks, PSUs and cases.

http://www.ichbinleise.de Nice shop, some products have very good prices. Fans etc.. silent stuff. Ordered three(3) Silverstone cases and fans from them. Shipping was 18€ to Finland. Ordered and paid on monday, packets were sent on thursday and were at my door the next monday. So fast handling and shipping apparently by air.

EDIT: One of the cases had the fans packed inside them. Apparently the handlers bumped the casedoor on something. The door has a 1-2cm on the side where the paint is cracked and chipped away. Poor response to emails when reporting of this, however Silverstone's Mr. Stefan Garslow helped me in communicating with the shop.

ARLT.com Ordered my GF6800 from here. Cheap prices on graphics cards. Shipping took two weeks. Communication wasn't exactly the smoothest when inquiring after the "missing" packet, least to say there was quite a lot of confusion from their part considering my order and it's payment status. I really cannot recommend this shop without reservations.

Kustom PCs in Ayrshire, Scotland shipped me (to Luxembourg) a whole system's worth of components for about £30. They also will take off the VAT if you give them a VAT number.

I've also bought a case from the afore-mentioned Frozen Silicon in Germany.

I've also bought from www.e-bug.de in Germany which has s decent supply of stuff. I got a Maxtor Diamond drive and a couple of Papst fans from there. Shipping is quite expensive though.

There's a very long list of watercoolign suppliers here (which I can claim a little credit for). For European suppliers I've noted (mostly) where the site is in eEglish and where credit cards are accepted. Most suppliers will probably ship to EU or beyond, its getting payment over that's the problem.

For my Mini-ITX related stuff I mostly went to http://www.mini-itx.com/store/ and http://www.linitx.com/. Both are located in the UK but ship to a lot of countries in Europe and beyond.

For those not interested in Mini-ITX: They also sell handy things like brick PSU's, compact flash to IDE adapters and adapters for 2.5" drives. These are not always easy to source locally. It is amazing how many Dutch shops sell 2.5" drives, but don't sell the adapters.

I have bought several things at silentpcshop mentioned in the first post and never had a problem.

Only drawback is that payment is a bit cumbersome, but if one asks nicely, it should be possible to arrange payment through Paypal. Bought my current case there and had no problems.

the shipping cost are now at 8.50€ for belgium (I tought for european country but ask them to confirm before) and I receive the insurance of an improvement for the care of the packaging , (as I have seen some complain here about ,I have sent an e-mail to them before to order), will relate the statement of the package when it will be received.

Europe is still a lot of different countries. There is no big supplier that serves them all. (Some specialists do, but...) So disclosing in which part of Europe you live is probably wise. (I think I remember you posting about moving to the south of England, but I'm not sure.)

Komplett is a mainstream web shop with subsidiaries in most countries in North-west Europe. But their choice of components is limitted if you are used to Newegg.

Yeah, I'm in the UK now. Maybe this is just one of those things that will take some getting used to being in Europe. Even Calgary, a city of a million people, had several stores that had very impressive selection and good prices. Does that sort of thing just not exist over here? Maybe I'll just have to wait until I go back to Canada and buy my system then. Does everyone in Europe buy from small retailers?

I heard a while ago that Newegg was looking to open a European branch. Maybe I'll fire off an email to them encouraging them to HURRY THEHELL UP!!

Generally I just use Froogle to find the cheapest place for whatever I am looking for.

Just by the by- PC World is extortionate instore, but if you reserve stuff online first you can get up to 40% off sometimes, and still have then benefit of picking it up that day and taking it back if it's not quite right.
I'd also recommend Quiet PC, the service is excellent and delivery is cheap and fast.

I checked out scan.co.uk, and they seem pretty good. The selection's alright, and the prices are about the same as my beloved www.memoryexpress.com in Calgary. Thanks everyone!

mini-itx .com are great as long as what you receive works. If it doesn't, don't expect a refund! Also expect to be asked to spend hours fiddling around with the things before being told "bad luck"!

They ship in a lot of countries in Europe.
Shipping is from the UK and really fast .To give you an idea, price of shipping if around 6 euros to France and the stuff takes 3-4 days to get here.
Prices are not expensive but not cheap either. They have a special deals section with nice rebates.
Downside is they don't have a very large catalogue of parts.

Do not use www mini-itx com their customer service is terrible. I purchased and Intel Motherboard from them which makes a terrible noise when idle (not very good in a silent HTPC). Tried to get a RMA, no answer to emails, no telephone number.... no joy.

Since discovered that this is not a first for them so beware. Fine if the items work, but if you have any problem you are in trouble.
