best psu out right now for 90% of applications (besides like a fanless)

My system idles around 60w, and draws low 70s while websurfing.
Do you think I am going to get that buzzing described in the review when loads are under say 90 w?

ive had two, they buzzed like bees. i cant recommend this power supply at all.

someone had the good idea to actually save the form... I forgot to do it and now they removed it from there website.

If you didn't save the form, you can always call their customer service number and they will email it to you.
