Used 120W PicoPSU + Dell 150W power adapter + cables. I used this system for over a year and did not have any problems. I had an AMD 2Ghz system with 2GB memory and 250GB 3.5" hard drive, and the power supplied by this pair was always more than enough. I decided to go with a laptop instead of a desktop so that's why I'm selling these.
In order to use the power adapter with PicoPSU, I had to cut and solder a plug to the adapter. It may not look good visually (see picture) but it worked fine without any problems.
