The monitor might as well be new. It is in excellent condition and I will include all cables, but no driver disk (these drivers are useless, newer ones can be found on the Sceptre website) There's nothing wrong with it-- I simply don't need it. It's VERY VERY quiet.
Shipping is $20 within the contiguous United States ONLY (preferably near Portland). I may be able to ship internationally, but the shipping will be substantially more, I would imagine.
