Windows 7 Pre order - UK

I just sudenly thought, "doesn't the Windows 7 pre-order happen about now here?" Quick check on my favorite e-tailor and yes it started yesterday and they've sold out

and I'm not sure if they'll get anymore

as it's a special pre-order deal with limited quantities...
Quick Google found Windows 7 Home Premium still available at Dixons of all places and, suprisingly, at a very attractive price of Â£45, Â£5 less than my usual etailor

Amazon want Â£75 and the full RRP is Â£149.

Personally I think this is viral marketing, I have a sneaking suspicion that MS will swoon "all overwhelmed and taken aback" by the demand and somehow graciously decide to maybe release some more licences for pre-order. Complete with press-release how they've done us all a favour (or favor perhaps).

Argos were still selling it pretty cheaply until recently. Looks like the price has gone up now.
