ok, i didnt see anything aobuth the 400 watt zalman in the "reccomended psu" thing so is it not quiet?

im going with a overclocked silent computer, so i need high quality, silent parts...i think this is the psu to get, but plz lmk!!! i am not afraid to put in other fans too.... easy as pie

Decide for yourself. The recommended page doesn't get updated regularly, and this one just got reviewed pretty recently:

My thought on this is that it would be very quiet if modded with a different fan, which is what ARM Systems does.

I have one and as yet it has not been modded. It is still the loudest fan in my case but compared to the antec leaf blower i had it is heaven.
