I have one. Haven't really noticed much difference with it though.

I use them only in aluminum cases. It greatly reduced the low frequency resonance transferred from the psu to the chasis. The one thing that kit fails to provide is any additional silicon for any other support contact points to the psu, which will vary by case. But thats being nit picky for those of us with sensitive hearing.

I think for most with thick gauge secc steel cases, it provides little benefit... unless the psu itself is junk.

I use the fan version to great effect on a thermalright SLK900, it greatly reduces vibrational noise... As for the PSU version it really depends if your PSU(+fan) causes enough vibrations to hear the difference. If the fan in your PSU has very little vibrations because of the quality and/or is spinning at very low rpm most of the time, its unlikely you will notice a real difference.

I used it once as an experiment. I did not notice really any difference. *shrug*
