which .. ideally i'd like to OC a 2500-m, and it to have as much juice for anything i want, andd for it to be quiet of course.. does anyone know if there are large differences between the noise of these 3? any info or (informed) opinions welcomed.
i like the fortron cuz its the cheapest and i imagine being a fortron its going to have heafty heatsinks, i like the enermax cuz it seems to have excelent rails, and the 200w seasonic seems to be decently quiet.. can u fit the seasonic into an ATX case as i think i read that somewhere once?
if anyone knows of any other good mATX psus in the UK then please add to the list

What about a passive one with an external brick ? (see here).
Depends on what you have in your system ...

i plan to house the following;
-2500+ XP-M
-160gb Seagate 7200.7 (probably on a cool pack at the bottom of the case)
-512mb ram.. BH-5 (?)
-biostar M7NCG-400
-wireless NIC
-floppy
-40x cd-rom
later i'd add to that..
DVD-RW (nec?); graphics card (6800GT?), tv card (nebula digitv?) etc as more funds become available..
anyway, so a brick PSU would be too underpowered, and its too expensive anyway for me.
i plan to OC the 2500+ XP-M as far as the PSU, CPU and cooling [2x80mm fans at rear, 1x92mm intake fan (very restricted probably need modding).. all panaflos @ 7v i expect] will allow.. so i want the best PSU i can get (but price is still very much an issue).
i saw the SilenX PSUs a while back.. but i disregarded them at the time as too expensive... they are on 'special offer' now so are perhaps within my price range (definately at the top end however).
i'd like to know some more about these SilenX m-ATX PSUs.. they look to me very much like the fortron m-ATX PSUs (as with the ATX PSUs) but fortrons only go up to 270w, where as silenX go up to 320w. i emailed silenX about this ages ago and they replied saying that they 'make their own'. not sure about that. anyway i'd like to see a data sheet about them to find out some more..
if they are just fortron 270w PSUs then i may aswell buy one of those and mod myself.
